Candles - Beeswax, Soy & Flameless

When we decided to add a gift area to our retail store, we determined that we wanted to offer unique, quality items, preferably made in Canada. Sticking with the natural theme and after much investigation, it was decided that beeswax candles fit our requirements.

Despite the higher costs of beeswax candles, we felt their cleanliness and long burn time more than made up for this difference. Today we have a huge selection of beeswax candles in all price ranges and sizes including teas, votives, tapers, pillars, round and square.

In addition to beeswax, we also have deliciously scented soy candles. Also clean burning with cotton wicks, these are available in jars & votives. Flameless candles (battery) were added to the mix for their safety and ease of use. These are a great alternative to real burning candles for those desiring carefree ambience.

Books

Along with our great selection of wild bird field guides and reference books, you'll find others offering advice or trivia for dogs, cats and horses, informative and sometimes humourous; animal related game books for children; a cross section of books from Lone Pine and even a few cookbooks to tempt your taste buds.

Cards & Gift Bags

Once you have selected your gift, you will find cards and gift bags to finish off the present in style. These include 'Tree-Free' garden and animal-themed cards, some with envelopes even prettier than the card itself, and others with a strip of native wildflower seeds for planting. Also available are gift bags that include two pieces of tissue and an attractive 'Tree-Free' card.
